Phoenix Car Accident Ends in Gunfire

By Auto Accident Lawyer on February 1, 2012 - No comments

As Phoenix car accident attorneys, we were shocked to learn about a high-speed chase that ended in a car crash and gun fire. According to Fox 10, police began pursuing a vehicle on January 18, 2012 after the driver attempted to make an illegal turn at a red light. When they tried to pull the car over, the driver instead sped off and began a chase from 31st Avenue all the way to 59th Avenue and Cactus Road. The car then hit another vehicle, came to a stop, and the driver opened fire on police. The suspect suffered minor injuries, as did a police officer who was grazed by a bullet. There is no word yet what happened to the people in the other car that were hit. We wish all the victims a full and fast recovery.
