A woman in her 30s was injured in a Mesa car accident when her vehicle rolled over on the highway. According to a news report in The Arizona Republic, the injury car accident occurred on U.S. 60 east of Country Club Drive in Mesa. Her vehicle overturned and she had to be extricated from the vehicle. Officials say the woman sustained traumatic injuries. The cause of the rollover crash is still under investigation.
Whenever there is a single vehicle rollover accident, there are several questions that must be answered. Did a defective auto part such as a tire or steering system contribute to the rollover crash? Was the motorist speeding or driving erratically? Did flawed vehicle design cause or contribute to the Arizona rollover accident ? Did a dangerous roadway or debris on the roadway cause the driver to lose control of the vehicle? Were any other vehicles involved in the crash? In any car accident case, these and other issues must be carefully examined in order to determine fault and liability.
Victims would also be well-advised to preserve the vehicle unaltered so it can be carefully examined by an expert for evidence of product defects, design flaws and malfunctions. If it is determined that an auto defect caused the accident, then, the auto maker or the manufacturer of the defective product can be held liable. An experienced Arizona personal injury lawyer will advise injured victims of rollover accidents about their legal rights and options.
